Computer Question

Looking for some help from XP users. Here goes...
I'm using an invisible user account when I surf for this stuff. I never keep pics on the hard drive and always delete history, temp. internet files and cookies from my secret user account. Is there any other thing that can get found by another user on the computer to get busted on this fetish stuff. I'm suspicious because even our family Hotmail account is littered with porn spam and I never surf for porn on that windows user account...Help!!
