I disagree with your estimate. I think there are many more genuine women online, genuinely interested in face-to-face interactions.
However, I agree that when I first started searching online, my ratio was much like yours. And like you, I talked online with many (possibly) women, several of whom patently refused to speak on the phone after weeks of great IM'ing. Looking back, I was less discriminant about those I contacted (or tried to contact), in part because I wasn't skilled at weeding out the phony profiles.
Over the years however, as I spent more and more face-to-face time with submissive women, I learned to identify the commonalities in a submissive woman's voice, their ideas, their values, certain words that only submissive women would say, etc. And the more time I spent with femsubs, the more I improved in filtering before the email stage.
At the same time, I began advertising myself. At first, my ads received very few hits, but as I learned more about myself and my kink in relation to what my potential partners wanted, I was able to tailor my ads so as to accentuate my best skills while appealing to the desires of those seeking someone like me. Though I only had a scant few, well-placed, well-written ads, they conjured a lot of emails from sincere women. Pretty soon after, I was hardly searching profiles at all because I had enough emails coming in from my ads.
All of which isn't to suggest that you're unfamiliar with yourself or with submissive women. You may in fact interact with many, and I wouldn't doubt it if you said as much. I can only tell you what worked for me, and why I believe there are countless submissive women, who are sincere about reaching out to a trusting, quality Dominant.
