I have certainly done things for my partner that seem more like work than anything else...especially on the domestic scene, but also in the bedroom. After almost 4 years, I'm finally relaxing and enjoying it.
I will also tell you that my partner is actually turned off by diapers -- she's had a little bit too much exposure in the wrong circumstances -- but that doesn't stop my fairly private enjoyment of diapers, nor does it stop us from enjoying other kinds of sex.
