I see this very differently from others here. I'm wondering whether perhaps your Daddy / husband is polyamorous? Its quite common among kinky people -- including among married kinky people (i.e. large number of swingers clubs, couples BDSM play parties, etc.) If so, then his tendency is to explore new kink adventures.
And I think that's quite natural. You may be the filet mignon of wives to your Daddy / husband -- the creme de la creme of adult baby girls in his eyes -- but many a man can't live on steak alone. Occasionally, he wants a ham sandwich. :)
On a different note, I wouldn't pay too much credence to those here who replied that your Daddy / husband is "lucky" or "doesn't know what he has" or that you should leave him. They neither know you, nor your husband, nor your relationship. Unfortunately, I suspect that many of these respondents are overly-eager men, who are motivated by some misguided notion that a man should just adore *ANY* diaper girl -- and equally likely that some of the respondents hope that you'll ditch your hubby for them.
Best advice: talk with your Daddy / husband. Consider your needs. Consider his. Consider how important the Daddy / baby girl element is relative to your entire relationship. And, if you still can't reconcile this, and your Daddy / husband is amenable to talking with a third-party, then consider counseling through a kink-aware professional.
