I have a fast connection at work too, but I never use it for anything I wouldn't want my boss to see. Even if you format your hard drive every day, your company's internet gateway has the capability of logging the IP addresses of every site you visit. Big Brother is watching you.
Your only hope is to use a modem connected to a telephone line. (Many companies do not allow this because it bypasses any security they've built into their firewall.) Use your own ISP, not the company's, since an ISP can also log your activity and report it to the people who pay the bills. Clear your cache and your history, consider getting one of those secure file deletion programs, and hope that there are no hidden surveillance cameras peeking over your shoulder.
Uh oh, I think the CIA told the space aliens where to find me, I'd better go. Good luck.
