Hi, again, AZMARK. At the risk of having the last word, which I hate - please reply to make it not so - I have to say I still don't see your point. You seem to focus on the people ON this board, where I am more concerned with the number who apparently are not. I can't see how your logic discounts my treatment of this. Nevertheless, I have to admit that we are talking about different things or at least from different perspectives, and will probably not agree, so let's agree to disagree. I do have one further point to make though, and that is that IF I'm right, promoting a negative attitude is going to slow down the incidence of newbies delurking. I would prefer to promote the idea that we are actually a huge number, albeit still a minority, but we don't actually even know this, for sure, given the fact that it is such an undiscussed and denigrated subject. I don't have any reason to want to believe that there are more of us, as it doesn't effect my happiness in myself and the fact that I like it. In fact, if anything, our small numbers make us more special, whihc is certainly important to me with regard to female companions. If it pleases you to believe that we are a tiny and unimportant or inconsiderable minority, so be it, but I don't think it's appropriate to destroy other people's illusions, either, even if that's all they are... For the record, I really DO believe that we are a much larger and latent minority than most of us or the general population believe. Remember that there was once a time when people believed that gays were a tiny and very dangerous collection of sexual misfits. Does that sound familiar in any way to us?
