Now that's an interesting one! Women use bicycle seats to STOP peeing! In the world of cycling, it's actually important for both men and women to be able to pee while riding, and to this end, both men and women find they have to stand on the pedals to take the pressure off down there, so they can pee (best technique is squirts, so it has time to wick away in the lining of the cycling knicks). Using the bicycle seat to stop peeing would definitely be counter-productive in this instance...
