Mika,
I read an article in a gynaecology journal which mentioned a "heel sit" technique, which seems to be what you are describing. The article said that women usually learn it as little (or not so little) girls, sometimes from their mothers or older sisters, but sometimes, apparently, just discovering it on their own. It puts pressure on the perinium to help stop or minimize uncontrolled wetting, while avoiding the social taboo in public (said the article!) of a girl holding herself with her hand. The article said that success varies, depending on fullness of bladder, whether the girl uses it in time, how much pressure she can exert, her natural amount of bladder control, etc. It was noted that some girls found that the heel sit would enable them to postpone peeing for a short period afterward, enabling them to get to a toilet, while others immediately wet themselves when they removed the pressure or stood up! As noted in my previous posts, my ex-wife wet herself a lot, but I never saw her use this technique in an effort to stay dry. I only remember some of my female childhood acquaintances using it, but I suppose lots of adult women have used it without being observed! Plus, the article noted that girls and women often use substitute "heels" in the form of chair or bench corners, bike seats, or some other convenient things to sit on. As a matter of curiosity, how did you learn it, and how effective is it for you? Do you wet yourself when you remove the heel pressure? Bye, Hon
