I have always had a dread of public bathrooms, ever since I was a child I had the feeling that it would be more convenient and comfortable to go in my pants.
But .... I never did it the way you describe.
If you have a fetish, it's because you enjoy it, and only you know the truth about that. If so, don't let it give you a complex. Other people would prefer not to know about it, though.
