I was wondering if anyone else had shit in their pants when they were little because they were to embarrassed to use the toilet when other people were around, and if that is the real reason why the shit in their underwear now. I know its not really an accident if you don’t go to the toilet and try to hold on until you get home, but does it also mean that you really have a fetish. My parents have been sending me to a phycologist because I have shit in my undies at school and other places lots of times. She said it might be because I have a anxiety or something like that or I might have developed a fetish. So far I have been four times and the last time she got me to wear two pairs of undies and pretend I was at school and couldn’t hold on anymore, even though I am really on holidays. Even though it was embarrassing she made me feel really really nice. She told me lots of people shit in their pants and it was ok to do it in my pants but if I liked doing it on purpose I would have to learn how to hide it from people. She also showed me some web sites to look and a way of shitting my pants without anyone knowing but it doesn’t really work. Does anyone else shit in their undies because they hate using toilets when people are there.
