The reasoning why posting youtube links is probably seen as ok & posting links from other sites is forbidden is like some have pointed out it infringes copyright laws.
Sites like Netporn blatantly thieve material from other sites to post on there own.
This might seem harmless to you but it's still theft all the same,even if it is the porn industry.
If you were a fish farmer & had every person within 150km helping themself to you salmon wouldnt you want to be proactive in stopping it happening?
It may seem harmless to you but it is still peoples livelyhoods going down the pan,these businesses are on a small scale,it's not hollywood blockbuster films your ripping off by makers who can afford to take a small hit they are often small time companies consisting of only 2-3 people.
Bare that in mind when your burning your next film from these crooks.
