Joy walks in to check on her little boy, who woke up in a wet diaper. Seeing he's wet, she pulls out a fresh diaper, lists his legs in the air, and proceeds to wipe clean his diapered crotch. Once clean, she puts her little boy back into a fresh, dry diaper. Of course, what little boy doesn't get hungry in the morning and needs a good breast feeding?
