Miley is accident prone, so she's used to her troublesome bladder exploding. Used to hiding it that is. She'd never want to be caught with wet pants if she could help it. That's not to say she doesn't find it fun in some ways, she gets off on hiding it from people, being a little sneaky with her wet pants and everyone being too dumb to notice.
