Many people like the idea of being little but never act on those urges and keep it inside, hidden from themselves. Even if you do it in the privacy of your own home with no significant other or anyone else knowing it is a way to release those feelings and urges. Being ABDL is, in my opinion something you either ARE or AREN'T and if you ARE, you will always have these urges and interests. So I say be who you are, learn to accept it and be happy with it as part of your life.
I have been involved in ABDL things for over 10 years and after I was able to come to terms with this being a part of me that wasnt going away I was alot happier and it was alot more fun.
Good luck and if you have more questions feel free to ask.
