Jan, I think first you should explore both options, being a baby and being a mommy and see if you can honestly say that you prefer one over the other. If you can't decide on one then maybe you could be happy with both roles. For what it's worth, I believe in the old adage "do one thing & do it well." Imagine one day your mom decided she wanted to be your best friend, share intimate secrets, and party with your other friends ?? Wouldn't you find it hard to respect her as a mom after that? I think if a girl really wants to experience feeling little, and having a daddy that she can always depend on to be there for her (in that strong caring role) then how can she visualize him crawling around on all fours ?!!! ....just my opinion after 14+ years as a Daddy
but I'm sure the same holds true for successful mommies
