I got my pair of footed PJ's delivered today from jumpingjammerz.com today. Although I am in the UK, it only took 8 days from order until delivery and I am very pleased with the very babyish design they have (I even got them in the sale they have on so if you're quick, it might still be on, I suspect end of summer it won't be).
Unfortunately, it is too warm to wear them at the minute so I am actually looking forward to a cold spell when I can snuggle up in them ;-)
