To a degree I agree with you. The point here was to debate theory though, not have a Bible Class ;-) I do that every Sunday and Wednesday, and the tone is much different. I have personal studies with people every day of the week some weeks, and the tone is different. This was not that type of thing - my point was not to discuss how my spirituality affects my personal life or how spirituality can affect anyone's life per se, but rather to spar on religious theory and debate on the history of religion. :-)
