I know I would delight in the dedication a woman I loved had to diapers and infant roleplay.With the right ABgirl I think the diaper change time would be central to our sex life.(I like the idea of only engaging in sex after she has wet her diapers,to help reinforce pleasurable association with wet diapers in her mind).

Whether she also changed her diapers herself sometimes would depend on lifestyle,some might like a rule that only "Daddy" is allowed to change her.Not sure if following rules makes it more or less of a turnon for you?
