Well,I expect confidence will grow with experience!
That goes for wetting as well as being spotted.The more going in your diapers,and going places in your diapers,is a constant part of your life the less self-conscious you'll be about it.
Experiment with baby stuff at your own pace (a pacifier is cute,but I don't see why it should have flashing lights,if you read that other thread).And let us know when you manage to start wetting in your sleep...just stay open to that,expect it,and it'll come!
