Is it true that women get skid marks but deny it?

only ask this, because women are always talking about how the never get skid marks, and only accuse men of getting them. However, a friend of mine who is a nurse, said that she deals with numerous female patients in which she's required to remove their underwear, and has seen many women with skid-marked poopy-stained panties. I'm sure if they're around the house with their boyfriend or whatever, they make sure their underwear is clean. But they don't anticipate being in the hospital where someone will see their underwear, so they become more lax.

So how common are skid marks amongst girls/women?
