New generation of DLs?

This was on the fron page of the paper this morning:

It seems japanese arn't the only ones letting toilet training lapse until kids are older.

It seems a significant number of us where in nappies to some extent until later in life, maybe we will see a generation where being AB/DL will be quite common.
