I remember being in the woods with my girlfriend (we were in our late 30's so we were out of teen aged anxiety) but she still could not bring herself to piss outdoors. I had to, had no inhibitions, and so found a tree. She giggled and watched and liked it a lot. However, I don't know but what we had already whizzed in fromt of each other in the bathroom during the normal course of living. We were and still are pretty casual. Intimacy = nudity = pissing without shame came very naturally and quickly.
