I can't speak from experience, only from imagination (my wife is not into it), but....
It seems like it would be a lot of fun for both parthers to drink at least a liter of some piss-inducing beverage (iced tea?), and then get into a heavy petting session. They could both wear something sexy, (silk, satin, sheer, whatever) which almost guarantees that it doesn't absorb. Let go when the spirit moves you.
I always thought it would be really cool to be wearing silk shorts and have my partner wearing either silk or satin panties, or a sexy cami-tap and have her let go astride me, following which I could take her through the leg of her now-drenched clothing. I've written a few stories along these lines in the past.
