I agree that it's an unusual stain. But I HAVE acually seen a loosening bladder form a wet patch of similar shape (more than two decades ago, and perhaps my memory induces wishful thinking: the girl (a Kindergarten student of my age then) got shoved, fell down on her side and started urinating, the she got up and managed to cut off the stream). So perhaps the woman was lying on her side when she started loosing control and then got up quickly.
And wot the heck, I can dream, can't I....
