My wife has just come home from a trip to Manchester UK. She was in a car with four work colleagues and they became caught up in some really bad traffic near Birmingham. In her words she was "really dying for a wee" and "nearly lost it"
The timings are approximate but seem to have been something like this...
16:00 Left the office
16:30 First indications that she needed to go
17:00 Growing need for the loo. Beginning to hope they would stop soon
17:30 Getting quite desperate. Asked if they could stop soon, but bad traffic is making headway slow
17:45 Starting to get that "God I'm bursting" feeling. Also starting to show the visible signs of needing the toilet. Work colleagues begin to notice her predicament and make sympathetic (if somewhat humorous!) comments
18:00 Really doesn't think she'll last much longer. Contemplates getting out of the car to pee (but in front of her boss?)
18.15 Getting frantic. Trying desperately not to wee in her knickers
18.25 A few small leaks
18:30 Finally made it to the service station
I love it when she tells me these things!
