WHAT THE HELL IS THIS???!

This is more than just an inconvenience! I've NEVER gotten a message like that before. I sometimes don't get here for a few weeks or longer. Then I try to catch up, and reply to any posts I feel inclined to reply to.. one after the other... so I know it hasn't always been 3 mins. or longer between posts. More importantly.. when I post a story, I reply to each and every reply to that post... whether it's one or two.. or more, so I know this rule wasn't in place before. I've always done that, and I'm sure others do too. If I now have to wait 3 mins. between posts or replies... I won't bother at all.
This is NOT good... especially for a forum I've had such high regard for.

P.S. I'm NOT changing my name for each post in order to override that rule.
P.P.S Now I'll sit and wait 3 mins. after posting this.. then I'll go and reply to the post I was trying to reply to when I got that message, and the others who replied to a post. But it's not worth posting to have to go through that again!
