Let me add my praises to the others. I have always believed that there are only a limited number of truly compelling plot lines for accidents, among them:
1) stuck in a moving vehicle with no opportunity to stop -- e.g. in an airplane (variation: on a roller coaster)
2) in a dangerous situation -- e.g. cornered by a wild animal, on the face of a cliff; wetting may result from a combination of fear and being forced to wait
3) sudden illness or altered physical state -- e.g. drunk or drugged
4) stuck zipper resulting in being forced to hold it too long -- e.g. can't get snowsuit off in time
5) too young or innocent of the consequences: the childhood or childlike wetting
6) refused permission by authority -- e.g. a teacher or boss
But this last one (#6) is always problematic, because it requires a degree of cruelty or insensitivity which borders on the unbelievable. Once in awhile someone can come up with a good new twist. For example, someone once wrote about a girl who cried "wolf" once too often -- she was always asking to go to the bathroom in order to get out of class, and the one time she really needed to go the teacher wouldn't let her because of her "history".
You have come up with a new, and very convincing, resolution to this: we all need to go, but we won't all be allowed to go; only the first one will be able to convince the teacher, and the rest of us will be forced to wet ourselves.
