Sorry, I should have said I recorded it in 25 FPS but I presume the MPG reduces that, but it should still be more then a couple of frames a second, maybe. It looks very smooth on my PC, maybe it depends on the speed of PC or something ?
I have a major problem too though, when I am uploading files it is a pain to wait, and if I had done that file in normal/good quality mode it would have taken me ages to upload 7 or 8mb per file, I also assumed people would prefer a quick downloads, especially us "pay per minute" Brits.
Anyway I will see what I can do for the next lot.
