What is happening is that people are leaving the bars and clubs and are going into peoples' yards to answer nature's call. The people snapping the pictures are from the local neighborhood watch association and this is the only thing they could think of doing since the city of Dallas isn't much help. One of my classmates was "immortalized" last week and we haven't let him live it down yet.
