I hardly believe this post, but if by some wild, unbelievable and pissy-wet chance that this is true, let me give you some advice:
Don't try to embarass her. All you'll do is become what you're trying to prevent. Sit down and talk with her. If she's being a bully then SOMETHING must be bothering her; talking may help, because being a bully may be her desperate cry for help.
Let her know you care, that you love her and want to help. You're her parent and she's your daughter. You're on the same side; not enemies. So let her know you care by listening. If she doesn't want to talk with you, then have her talk to someone else. That's what friends are for.
There's my two pairs of wet panties(my own version of 'my two cents'. hehe).
