This article describes a bunch of disorderly, shameless, drunken behavior; and the title was chosen, clearly, because the wet girl was the best example of it. It's attention grabbing, for sure, and with intent.
Who wants recognition such as this? It's mockery. The writer chose the most obvious act of undignified exhibition and framed the article with it. She poked fun at the whole of it, even herself (a clever writing strategy). I will pass on any recognition gained from this highly unflattering depiction.
