No, no...Wetman's site is cool. I haven't seen GirlsDesperateToPee.
This one was calld WatersportsFromJapan, and what upset me was that they had posted a *lot* of my pics, each of them with my URL carefully cropped out; they were hotlinking a massive, bandwidth-hungry movie on my server, that was in my members' section (and announcing it as "free movie"); they called part of their site "Pissed Panties Accidents" (the well-known name of one of my sites), and used that name and my banner on certain prominent links lists to link to their site; they were boasting about giving away AVS passwords to contributors.
