The Jane Campion movie Holy Smoke has just been released on video in the UK - and, surprise, surprise, the peeing-in-the-desert scene has been crudely edited to remove the actual pissing. The camera pans down Kate Winslett's body, but the shot is terminated before it reaches her crotch. There's a cutaway to Harvey Keitel, then we go back to Winslett's feet and ankles, strangely wet.
There are times when I really hate this country...
