Well, this one's been around the board a number of times, now, and I have to agree with those who say it isn't wetting. Your slant on it being a pad that's overflowed is interesting but not believable because you would be able to see the pad in her tight pants. I still think that the wetness is more likely because she's leaned against something, or perhaps it's sweat, and the crotch isn't wet because of the double thickness of the crotch of her panties. As far as trying to hide it is concerned, I'm sure if I were her, I'd be trying to hide my pants from someone taking photos up my skirt, too, and not because they were wet!
