You ought to consider writing a feature article and submit it to those women's magazines (Cosmo, Glamour, Self, etc.). You know how they all have articles about new types of orgasms, sex and kink topics, etc. You could come out with the new "urethral orgasm" and help bring women's watersports out of the water closet, so to speak! I'm NOT joking! :-) I'm a writer, but not a woman. It would have to come from a woman. But you seem to have found an angle that just might help bring this "turn-on" into mainstream discussions. No doubt that any woman who reads it could identify with the feeling from at least once in her life having a bursting bladder and the feeling she got when she released......
