I decided to reply here so that it wouldn't get lost below. In answer to your basic question, why does a belt (or two) stop me peeing through the fly of jeans, this is because my jeans are tight, far too tight to be able to get it out through my fly. Also, I never point my penis upwards, but have it always doubled over and pointing downwards, so that I pee my pants more or less the way a woman would pee her pants. I've always done this, and I can still remember the first time I found out that some men actually point their penis up; I was astounded! Why, when most of the time, the penis is flacid, would you deliberately have it pointing upwards??!
Anyway, pointing down the way it does, and inside jeans which are tight enough to fit very snugly but not so tight as to be uncomfortable or even painful, it's almost impossibly to pee through the fly without first at least loosening the belt and undoing the top button. That way I can drop my jeans a little and pee through the fly. Obviously, if I can't undo the belt and I therefore can't drop the jeans, especially if there is another pair underneath, they will get soaked, pure and simple.
I hope this has explained things for you Alex. I adore tight jeans. I don't concern myself with worries about testicular cancer, reduced sperm production, etc. I don't wear them that tight as to cause these problems, but if I did, I figure I love tight (snug) jeans too much to stop. I also understand that women love seeing a man's (cute) butt in a pair of tight jeans and I've been told by many women that my butt's one of the cutest. Hell, I even like it myself, and I'm not that way inclined! (I much prefer a woman's butt in snug jeans with a beautiful VPL showing her sexy bikini panties underneath, just at the point where the torrent of pee starts soaking them and the jeans! :)
I guess I must love peeing my jeans, I do it so much...
