If you were in a public situation with too many people and you really needed to go but there were no bathrooms around, what do you do to hold it in. How does that PHYSICALLY help you?
What about in a non public situation, maybe in the car on the highway? I've heard that some guys can't just pinch it shut once he starts because of the pain. Is that so?
