Only saw a photo of a girl holding herself both from the front and the rear but with no heading I have no idea if she needed to pee and poo.
Once while on the interstate my GF told me she needed a bathroom real bad. That was different cause she'll always say she needs to pee when she needs too but I didn't really think much of it at first. As we were only about 20 minutes from where we were going, after her second announcement I said something like, "o come on, you've got that iron bladder and always manage to hold it." But her reply was, "who said I had to pee." So then I knew her problem was different, and when she then cringed saying she was having bad cramps I said ok the next exit is ours.
Well by time we were off the exit and drove about looking for a store that would have a public bathroom another ten minutes had passed and she was in a bad way. She was sitting with her legs stretched out, kinda leaning back in the seat, and had her eyes closed as if aiming her total concentration on holding her muscles tightly closed. She did mention at one point she also needed to pee prety bad but that wasn't her main concern. Anyway finally in front of a large grocery store she bolted out of the car even before we were totally stopped and in a very brisk walk headed about 20 feet to the entrance, and all that while her right hand was holding herself from the rear where I noticed about a baseball sized wet spot which I never really was sure where it came from but would of bet it wasn't pee, as unless she was drunk and didn't give a shit, she never lost any of her many fights with her bladder. Not only that, I never, no matter how bad she sometimes said she had to pee, saw her hold her pee hole, cross her legs, or do any of the typical female pee dances.
