I think the chance of getting aids even if she had her period while she pissed her pants on you is still pretty slim. It is not impossible to contract it this way but very unlikely. So don't sweat it. If you are still concerned you may want to go to one of those anonymous clinics and get tested. You don't have to give your real name and a couple days later or so you call and get your results. Good luck man.
