I rarely read the responses to my Britney Spears postings any more because most of them are wackos, but I'm glad I went back and looked at the group that yours was among. You hit the nails right on the head in all the points you made and I really appreciate your support. The PR machine behind Britney Spears ranks right up with the those of the tobacco companies in their willingness to flat-out lie, and to play "hardball" with anyone who they believe is not presenting Britney in the manner in which they want her presented. But as soon as this "cash cow" stops bringing in the $millions, they'll drop her like a led balloon. Then, the "tell-all" stories will begin coming out, and what will come out won't be pretty. The wettings will be revealed, yes, but I'm sorry to say that what also will be revealed is that Britney Spears is essentially a Tonya Harding who has had much better handlers -- a poorly-educated, poorly-mannered young woman who, in addition to wetting her pants, also smokes, drinks, and most certainly has had sex. In short, just about the opposite of what they have led people to believe.
