I guess category 1, alcohol, is the most common, perhaps especially with young people who don't realise how quickly it takes effect!
But I think one additional category should be shyness. I suspect there are quite a few people who don't like to ask when in company, and put it off; or who can't summon up the courage to pop behind a bush or up a dark alleyway.
There's also the "can I make it home" syndrome. Many true life incidents seem to be on or about the doorstep, while fumbling for the key!
