Phil, as the plot synopsis explains Cathy, who features in the Paris tapes (and 2 others in this series), is a club memmer who wrote in and asked to be in a video. As she and her partner are genuine watersports enthusiasts they may well visit this message-board. So it would have been better to have voiced your concerns in a more diplomatic way.
For example, you could have complained that X-Streams will not send you "custom-made" orders with 2 or more selected titles on one tape. You can only order multiple titles as arranged on the tapes by X-Streams. Thus to get "Waterways" and "Champagne Picnic Part 1" (my own 2 favourites) you either had to order them separately (at a much higher price) or buy them coupled with the Cathy & Tanya titles. The 2 Paris titles which you mentioned are numbered 30 & 32 rather than being sequential and available together at two thirds of the cost.
