Whomever he is (or they are) doesn't matter. It's not so much that we get overboard, I think we sometimes thrive on those few negative posts.. gets the adrenaline going, and then we move on and enjoy a LOT of great posts. We know we shouldn't reply to the bad ones, but we just can't seem to resist no matter how hard we try.
