Wrong ! Most EVERY criminal statute dealing with Sexual Abuse or Deviate Sexual Behavior clearly states that such has occurred if sexual gratification has occurred for either the perp or victim. Age of consent is of irrelevant Maybe you should get "some facts before posting".
Regardless of age, relaionship, or intent this conduct would most likely violate several laws in any state or country, however most would most likely be violations or misdemeanors.
