A .vpa is a file extension for a gesture. A gesture is a tiny program used in visual chatrooms. When you play a gesture a "tag line" shows up in the chatroom (as if you were typing a sentence) and at the same time a picture or animation is displayed and a sound clip is played. Other people who have the same gesture will see and hear all this when you play yours.
There are hundreds of gesture sites out there. Some are clips from TV shows or movies (ie Simpsons, Star Wars), others are song bites, and others are just jokes and insults.
There are no real wetting/peeing ones though. There are some pee related ones but they are more cutesy or things like Forrest Gump saying "I gotta pee". I made these ones to be used for those who chat with Excite and wanted wetting gestures.
Speaking of Excite, I think their software program (Virtual places) is one of the best online. It is far more visual with each person in the room having an avatar to represent themselves, and the environment works more like a windows one, so for me it's easier to pick up. If you're interested in just chat, or going someplace with that special wetter, I'd suggest it. There are more options.
I hope this helps.
Take care
