It happened when Ben Stiller was giving a speech after winning an award on the 2001 MTV Movie Awards. Will Ferrell came out and pretended to be Stiller's "speech coach" or something like that. So he started berating Stiller for his bad speaking and then ordered him to pee his pants. So Stiller said that he wouldn't pee his pants. So Ferrell is standing there and he's wearing these gray colored slacks. He makes a face and then you see the front of his pants turn all dark. He must have used some device since the wetness started too high up on his pants to look like he actually pissed himself. Unless his dick is up near his belly button.
