Stanley, almost always, a poster cannot prove that he or she is writing the truth, including as to the gender of the poster. One exception is information for which the URL is given. We can then click on the URL and see for ourselves. As to the gender of any poster, your guess is either as good as or better than mine. In my case, firstly, there is one poster whom I believe (1) to be female and (2) to practise at least part of what she writes - really wetting herself, not just amusing herself imagining and writing about it. Secondly, however, there are a series of postings under a female name which I suspect, but cannot prove, have been written by a male, who also posts on the board using a male name. The "female" is entirely his creation, like a character in a novel.
