yes, i find a full bladder seriously impairs any conversation skills i may have. but, kegel, it's not the discomfort that gets to me - i can converse fine when shivering from cold or pained from walking all day with ill-fitting shoes or whatever. for me, it's the problem of maintaining concentration on holding it in that keeps me from chatting freely. (y'know, the old saying about people who have trouble walking and chewing gum at the same time.)
of course, you may want to conduct a "field test" to see if this is true of others by engaging fidgeting women in some discussion that requires real attention, and see how well she can keep bladder control while speaking coherently....
