A lawsuit is a matter of public record. It's probably too much trouble, but the real way to find the explicit details of the airplane incidents would be to get copies of the documents filed at the courthouse.
Depending on how far the suit goes, there will affidavits and depositions from passengers, describing the conditions, and theoretically there could be a transcript of live testimony at trial.
But it won't go to trial. The case will be settled.
Still, the complaint itself would probably be interesting to read.
Unfortunately, I don't have the time for this kind of project. This is research that can't really be done on the net. If someone has a newspaper article about the lawsuit, what you have to do is call the paper and get the case number, together which the location of the courthouse. Then you can request copies of the complaint and any supporting documents. But they charge for photocopies.
A good project for an unemployed insomniac...
