Like several others who have commented on this in the past, I recommend either setting up a situation in which an accident is inevitable or approaching the subject through a discussion of fantisies. I particularly like the suggestion about getting her to tell you first and then demuring a bit.
I think you should be encouraged by finding some proof of her wetting, but caution was wise so as not to suggest to her that you are spying. Next time you find a wet spot, ask her about her fantisies the very same day. Especially if you have a few beers to relax and release inhibitions, I think you will be rewarded.
